I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean, making it comfortable for my stay. I appreciated the helpful service, especially with the local tips. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Arashiyama area, and being so close to the riverside made my mornings delightful. However, I faced a little trouble with the key card, which was a bit frustrating, and I wish there were more dining options available.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which was very close to the Bamboo Grove and the breathtaking Tenryuji garden. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for our group of four adults. On the downside, the distance from the JR station is a bit inconvenient, but the overall experience made it worthwhile.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfy rooms. The location is just perfect, being so close to the beautiful Bamboo Grove and the stunning Tenryuji garden. However, the room was a bit cramped for our luggage, which made it somewhat difficult.
